• Cordell Ingram, Principal

    Cordell Ingram has been a part of the MacArthur High School family for 24 years.  After graduating from Millikin University with a BA in Elementary Education, Mr. Ingram began coaching football and girls' basketball.  In 1997, he joined Bill Harbeck's track coaching staff and Brett Williams's boys basketball staff.  Mr. Ingram became the Head Girls' Basketball Coach in 1998 and the Head Football Coach in 2000.  He also began teaching math at MacArthur in 2000.  Mr. Ingram received his MA in Education Administration in 1999 from Eastern Illinois University.  He was the principal of Robertson Charter School from 2003 -2016 and continued to coach as an assistant football coach to Derek Spates. He became the Principal of MacArthur High School in 2016 and now takes the lead of the school that he has loved and served for the past 24 years.
