I graduated from EIU with a B.S. in K-12 Physical Education in 2007.  I grew up in Tuscola and currently live in Arthur, Illinois.  I substitute taught in my surrounding area, and in 2014 I taught Drivers Education part-time at Tuscola High School until the Summer of 2018.  In the Fall of 2018, I started teaching Health at Thomas Jefferson Middle School and then moved to Stephen Decatur Middle School in 2019.  I have found that teaching Middle School is my favorite grade level to teach.  I really enjoy interacting with my students and teaching them how to take care of their health.
