Our schools and our families need the support of their community in order to be successful. Parental involvement alone isn't enough to make sure our schools and our students succeed. Community members must also be involved in and responsible for providing resources, support, assistance, and accountability. It is the role of everyone in our community to get involved in our schools, so that we can collectively ensure every single student in Decatur Public Schools gets the education they need to succeed beyond their school walls.
